As an Internationally known, Award Winning Photographic Artist, known as one of the best in the country; she was the first woman in Professional Photographers Association of Canada & British Columbia to have won the Distinguished Writing Award and "Best Wedding Album" in National & BC Competitions. She earned four specialized Canadian Photographic Accreditations, among other numerous awards including the prestigious 'Kodak Gallery Awards'. 

Yadranka excelled quickly in her career, and was awarded the Craftsman of Photographic Arts in '96, Master of Photographic Arts in '98, and the Provincial Fellowship Award for B.C. in 1998, because of her dedication and hard work that usually takes years to earn.
